RECIPES - INFORMATIONS - FARMING -

◼︎ A journey through the incredible ingredients of our fascinating planet. From the streets of Naples to the hidden alleys of Tokyo, the best way to truly experience a place is through its flavors, aromas, and local ingredients.

A perfect meal can come from anywhere a humble Chinatown food cart serving 50 cent fried dumplings or the precision of a Michelin starred kitchen. What matters is authenticity, tradition, and the emotions food can create.

And the more you learn about ingredients, the better you become at cooking. Developing a deeper connection with food transforms not only the way you cook, but also the way you experience the world.

MY PERSONAL COOKING STORY

◼︎ I didn’t come from culinary school or restaurant kitchens. I came from a family deeply connected to the land. We had a large vegetable garden, traditional farming values, animals, and a way of life centered around fresh food, seasonality, and self-sufficiency.

I grew up watching food being cultivated, harvested, prepared and respected, and over time that connection became an obsession.

I spent years studying on my own, traveling, experimenting constantly, and learning alongside Michelin-starred chefs from everywhere, because I believe food is more than just taste or technique — it’s identity, history, and health. Whether you cook every day or never touch a pan, reconnecting with what you eat can change the way you live.

ITALIAN & INTERNATIONAL TASTES

◼︎ A journey around the planet through flavor, scent, texture, and tradition. From the richness of Italian culinary culture — the place that shaped my palate and my understanding of food — to distant kitchens and unfamiliar landscapes, each experience becomes an opportunity to discover new ingredients and reinterpret familiar ones through different cultural lenses. - Along the way, you’ll discover some of the most unforgettable dishes I’ve ever tasted — and maybe even learn how to recreate them yourself. Through reportages, recipes, recommendations, and practical tips from behind the stove — or hopefully over a fire — this is an invitation to experience food in a deeper, more meaningful way.

Whether you’re here to cook, travel, or simply be inspired, there’s always something new to taste.

KNOW MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU EAT

◼︎ Italy is famous for coffee, yet almost all of its coffee beans are imported from other parts of the world. Many supplements, vitamins, and calcium-fortified foods are often nothing more than industrial compounds derived from crushed rocks and processed additives. Modern society is built around industrialized food systems and low-quality ingredients, while many people have become completely disconnected from how food is actually grown, produced, and transformed before reaching their plate. That distance makes it difficult to make informed, healthy, and conscious choices.

You don’t need to become a farmer to better understand what you eat every day. Curiosity is enough. Read, observe, learn, ask questions — and maybe one day, you’ll feel inspired to experience it firsthand yourself.
