The direct value of the United Kingdom fashion industry is a massive £21 billions and supports an estimated 830,000 jobs, making it the UK’s largest creative industry. Unlike most of the other European countries, here you can wear a black trash bag as a dress and almost nobody will care, actually you may get some compliments about it.
CETRIOLI SELVATICI
Cucumis sativus, also known as cucumbers, it’s an easy-care vegetable that loves sun & water. They usually be ready to harvest in roughly 50 to 70 days but they will continue to grow for much more longer, but not in a good way. The fruit are best picked when still immature, uniformly green, firm and crisp. If the fruit start to turn yellow, or you let it grow too large, it will taste bitter and their seed will become hard and dark. Also, your plant will stop producing them if you leave any mature one on it.

Residential development around Primrose Hill has created one of the more fashionable & sought after districts in London between the centre and the suburbs. The hill and the area has been a popular place to live for a large number of writers, musicians and artist, including the beatles, while Mother Shipton, England’s most famous prophetess of the 16th century, said that when London shall surround Primrose Hill the streets of the metropolis will run with blood.

PROVA N’0023
Watermelon spread from Africa to China around the 10th century and you can also find them depicted on the tombs walls of Egyptians, making it one of the most favorite summer fruit/veggie in history. Mostly visualized with a green zebrine skin & red inner pulp it actually comes in hundreds of different varieties, with many different colors and tastes, but due to the modern food industry most of the people are only familiar with the “classic” ones, since they are easier to grow and much more profitable on a bigger scale.

When firstly introduced in Italy, people use to call eggplants “the mad Apple”, and they believed that anyone who ate it was going to become insane. At the same time in China a woman must have at least twelve eggplant recipes in order to be eligible to a successful marriage. That’s a classic example on how your everyday life is shaped by the information around you, and as much on how you gather your informations.

20 Fenchurch Street, commonly known as the Walkie Talkie, is a commercial skyscraper in the London financial district completed in 2014. The 38-story building is 160 m (525 ft) tall, mostly occupied by office spaces, and has at the top of the structure a beautiful sky garden, set over floors 35, 36 and 37, offering uninterrupted views across London skyline along a selection of different restaurants and bars. Originally designed by architect Rafael Viñoly, and costing over £ 200 million, the project went under several design changes and alterations before being finished, so much so that the original creator distanced himself from the building, stating "My name is on it, but it's not my building". However, during the first hot sunny days the curved exterior walls shined a heath ray that melted the plastic parts of a car parked bolow, a huge problem that already affected other past designs made by Rafael Viñoly.

Another day getting my mind back together in my garden. I'm building the final stages of my blog and I can't wait to finish it, at least all the layouts, so I can just focus on new contents. Why is taking me so long? Well, just this series (which is one of the smaller ones) contains 1560 original posts, all with a written descriptions underneath them (usually history facts or a personal story), and all of them needs to be translated in two languages and organized in their own specific page. Plus the daily contents, plus the videos, plus the books, plus the soundtracks, plus the paintings etc etc. It is just an insane amount of daily work done by myself with no help from others, so please hang with me for the moment. We almost there!

Graffiti was originally an act of vandalism infused with passion and communication, something that created generations of rebels and creators, something that was chose by some and randomly caught by others. A movement from the underground that stormed the hearts of all kids of souls while growing the criminal record of some others. Nowadays cities promote and select the urban planning of street art galleries and often use graffiti artists to re-evaluate bad looking buildings and complexes. Just to remember us that the world is always spinning keeping things moving.

Me and my rabbit friend are carefully checking the growth of our strawberries plants. We need to be sure that the soil underneath them is slightly acid & well drained, we need to be sure that the crowns of each plant are correctly exposed to prevent them to rot, and we also need to be sure that sunlight is shining on them for at least eight hours a day. So far so good!

Spring equals waking up with the smell of the Rosaceae family in the air. One of the very first fruits to ripen in this season are strawberries, an aggregate accessory fruit that back in the days of ancient Rome was considered like a medicine for depression, bad breath, kindness stones and who knows what else. What is an aggregate accessory fruit you ask? It's a fruit of which a conspicuous part consists of tissues other than that of the ripened ovary. So technically strawberries aren't berries at all.

Each time Vesuvius erupted, it covered its slopes with a deep layer of a remarkable natural fertilizer called potash, and as a result the mountain supported dozens of species of fruit and vegetables which grew nowhere else in all Italy, a culinary advantage which more than compensated for the area's occasional dangers. In the case of apricots, the varieties included the firm-fleshed Cafona, the juicy Palummella, the bittersweet Boccuccia liscia, the peachlike Pellecchiella and the spiky-skinned but incomparably succulent Spinosa.” - Anthony Capella
