NEW YORK CITY
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
◼︎ Hey New York City! You look great from this amazing abandoned rooftop. How are you today ? My cameras and my brain are so happy right now.
BROOKLYN GRAIN TERMINAL 2018?
HELLO AGAIN
◼︎ Happy 4th of July folks! A river of beers, rain all over the place, bloody arms and a camera around my neck. That's what I call a great night. How are you folks and how did you spent your night ? A hug to all of you.

FESTIVITIES
◼︎ Happy 4th of July folks! A river of beers, rain all over the place, bloody arms and a camera around my neck. That's what I call a great night. How are you folks and how did you spent your night ? A hug to all of you.

NYC MONDAYS
CENTRAL PARK EDGES ARE CHANGING
NIGHT TIME TRAIN RIDE
◼︎ It is 3:00am and I can't sleep. That's probably why I'm taking random trains without even watching the direction... Oh wait, I'll do that anyway twice a week. Thankfully my cameras makes a good company.
HARTSDALE, NEW YORK - 2018
◼︎ On the west side of Manhattan near 46th street you can find the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space museum. It showcases the World War II aircraft carrier USS Intrepid, a Concorde SST, a Lockheed A-12 supersonic reconnaissance plane, the submarine USS Growler, the amazing Space Shuttle Enterprise and many mores planes and things. A great place to see some amazing engineering marvels and some terrible war tools.
MANHATTAN, NYC - 2018
ENGINEERING MARVELS
◼︎ Enjoying the light rain drops on my skin and pleasing my eyes with this fascinating view. This is my break before heading back home to work on a movie about Paris, next week will be all about New York City tho. (Link in Bio)
BROOKLYN, NYC -2018
GLOOMY DAY OVER GOTHAM
MY ROOMVIEW
◼︎ A gloomy day turned out into this gorgeous golden paradise. What's the view outside of your widows folks ? Let me see it!
◼︎ Downtown Brooklyn has changed a lot during those years, several tall building have added more magic to the skyline but some of this gentrification was very controversial. Let's dip my cameras into the streets of the third largest business district of New York City and let's go know more.
BROOKLYN DOWNTOWN, NYC - 2018
CHANGINGTIMES
◼︎ The Manhattan bridge was designed by Leon S. Moisseiff and it opened to traffic on December 31, 1909. This design served as model for many others long span suspended bridges built in the first half of the twentieth century, including the Golden Gate Bridge.
DUMBO, NYC - 2018
A BRIDGE BLUEPRINT:
◼︎ In 2012 I filmed a street documentary about a character of New York City. It was mostly shot from a bike during random encounters in the streets of this fascinating city over the course of several weeks, and now it's finally online. Hope you will like it folks! And thank you so much for checking it out or sharing it. (Link in Bio)
RED HOOK / GOWANUS, NYC - 2018
CIRCLES &POINTS
CAN YOU SEE IT ?
◼︎ I'm having a chat with lady Liberty about my future, and she seems to agree with my master plan. Thanks for the support Mrs. Now let's start work on it!
RED HOOK, BROOKLYN, NYC - 2018
◼︎ Biking in Chinatown looking for interesting scenes as always. In days like this one every time i found a fountain, or any fresh water spot, I have to dip my head and my shirt into it. My body works way better in the winter.
CHINATOWN, MANHATTAN, NYC - 2018
NEW YORK CITYHEATH
◼︎ Saying goodby to the sun from "my" Brooklyn rooftop while shooting some pictures for my next short film. Yo folks! Do you have a rooftop with a view? Or just a good view? Invite me and I will show up there. I'm looking for new ones.
COBBLE HILL, BROOKLYN, NYC - 2018
ROOFTOP ROUTINES:
◼︎ My urban explorations are taking over my life in this days. Can't stop doing it, can't stop thinking about it, can't stop planning new missions and can't stop looking for newer ones. I love doing this but I also have to behave, I still have a lot of work to to on my blog. Let's work harder.
Brooklyn Grain Terminal - 2018
URBEX EVERYWHERE
◼︎ I hate to see it happens but I also love the powerful noise of a snapping tree. In New York City if you see a fallen tree, a leaning one, a cracked one, a sick one or an infected one, you can call the 311 and report it. A NYC park inspector will take a look at it.
AFTER THE STORM
THE EASTRIVER BEACH
◼︎ Another Street Photography day in New York City following the East River. Oh, it's called the East River but it's not a river at all, it's a tidal estuary.
TOXICWATER
◼︎ Another session of Street Photography in Gowanus. The area is a mid-level manufacturing zone, gathering scrap metal yards, grizzled artist, can's and bottle's collectors, old-school residents and some very interesting & friendly people. The water and the land along the banks of the canal are extremely dirty and polluted and in the old days the water was known to be a dumping ground for the Mafia and all the local crime.
DUMBO IS GETTING WET
◼︎ The weather is playing with me and my filming schedule for the entire week, thankfully it seems like tomorrow I will be fine tho. New videos coming out next week! Stay tuned folks.
DAILY ROUTINES AND VIBES
◼︎ Another toxic day at the Gowanus Canal. I got my bike, my main camera, a GoPro, a tripod, two beers, a notebook, some ink and I didn't forget my headphones. Seems like I'm ready for another Street Photography session and some urban exploration. Sweet.
HISTORIC STRUCTURES EVERYWHERE
◼︎ The Williamsburg bridge was opened on December 19, 1903. At that time the bridge set the record for the longest suspension bridge span on earth, and the record lasted for twenty one years until the Bear Mountain Bridge was completed.
WETDREAM
◼︎ When I was a little kid my dream was to become a heavy equipment operator. I changed my path when growing up but this machines still fascinates me. - I love engineering !
GUNS & CULTURES
◼︎ Dear Americas, why are you folks so obsessed with guns? Let's start shoot more pictures and less bullets. Creating is always better than killing and nobody should be able to just walk inside a supermarket and be able to buy a war machine without very serious and long exams. Grow up!
◼︎ An old bar in Red Hook, beer & whisky, a good friend, two bikes, two cameras, future works talks and some extra treats. This night is going in the right direction so far! Hitting the roads for a late night Street Photography session in two hours. How are you folks ?
ARTS & ALCHOL
◼︎ On Monday night I was enjoying the park with a friend of mine, when suddenly I realize that someone was trying to stole my locked bike, again. While I was dealing with the bike situation i heard a bang in the background, at the begging I didn't pay much attention to it, mostly because I was trying to get my bike back (which I did), but as soonest I saw all the police rushing next by I realized that a girl was shot in the head just a few hundred meters from where I was. A hug to her family...
STORY TIME
◼︎ From the 1960s till the 1980s, Time Square was the home of many porn theaters, peep shows, drug dealers, street prostitutes and all kinds of criminal activities. Tourists avoided the area because it was one of the worst block in the nation, even most of the locals stayed away from it, and nowadays this is one of the top visited place on earth.
GOODOLDDAYS
◼︎ Time Square definitely looks good on camera but this place is awful compared to the rest of the city. Hordes of dumb tourists, ripoff stores, expensive shitty food and terrible commercials everywhere. Probably it was better a bunch of years ago with all the prostitutes, drug dealers and muggers all over the place.
FAKE ITTILL YOU MAKE IT
ALWAYS ASK
THE SUN
◼︎ Biking around the World Trade Center looking for interesting scenes. Nothing special is happening around at the moment but I think the sun is giving me some signals. Let's trust him again.
BOOKS UNDER THE LAWN
◼︎ Bryant Park was my first outdoor studio in New York City. I used to come here to work everyday because Nikola Tesla used to feed the pigeons in this park in his later years. At the time I also discovered that under the main lawn there are more than 40 miles of book shelves, all courtesy of the New York Public Library next door. However, in 1823 the main lawn was used as a common grave.
EXPENSIVE BIG BOXES
◼︎ I'm going to visit a friend of mine who just moved into the financial district. I like this place but in case you are thinking about moving in Manhattan get ready to spend an insane amount of money for an extremely small place.
WATER WAYS EVERYWHERE
◼︎ New York City's coastline stretches for a total of 520 miles and is longer than the coastline of Miami, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco combined. I need to find a kayak...
SOULS OF BROOKLYN
◼︎ Brooklyn is the most populous of New York City's five boroughs, if this place was a city it would rank as the fourth most populous city in the United States. Let's go steal some souls with my cameras!
◼︎ In the early days of this place it was forbidden to play any ball games, do any group picnics or enjoy the sun half naked. Basically the complete opposite of what is Central Park today.
TIME CHANGE
A LITTLE PARADISE
◼︎ My cameras love this place. Let's lay down next to the water, enjoy the sun, the silence and let's write a movie about this lovely artificial place. How are you today folks?
◼︎ Central Park always amazes me. A man made place that includes seven lakes, 250 acres of gardens, 136 acres of woodlands, 93 kilometers of walking pathways and 36 bridges and arches. Let's go get lost in this place!
CENTRALPARK NUMBERS
◼︎ The St. Paul's Chapel was completed in 1766 and at that time it was the tallest building in New York City. The rear of the church faces the World Trade Center site, where you can now find the tallest building of the city, and surprisingly this place survived the collapse of the twin towers without even a broken window.
9/11
NYC HUSTLE
◼︎ People sell all kinds of things in the street of this city, from crappy mix-tapes to beautiful art. Something in my mind is extremely trilled about it.
CENTRALPARK FISHING
◼︎ Surprisingly fishing is legal in three different lakes in Central Park and between April and October you can get a free fishing pole for the day by showing your ID at the Charles A.Dana Discovery center next to the Harlem Meer. All fishing is on a "catch and release" basis only.
STREET MARKETS
◼︎ Experimenting with all kinds of street food between Chinatown and a little Italy. If you know where to go this place is a real paradise full of colors and tastes, of course I mean the Chinatown part... #
◼︎ The Brooklyn Bridge Park area has changed so much in those years! Basketball courts, picnic tables, bocce, handball, shuffleboard courts, fitness equipment, playgrounds, football fields, rugby fields, lacrosse, cricket, sand volleyball courts, sailing programs, kayaking, fishing spots, bbq areas, bouldering, horticulture areas and who know what else... All this activities includes that magic skyline view.
RENNOVATIONS
◼︎ I just discovered that Chinatown in Lower Manhattan is just one of the nine Chinatown neighborhoods in New York City! Now I definitely need to explore all of them.
I DIDNT KNOW
◼︎ Quick Street Photography session in between some commissions to do. In the mid 1600s Brooklyn was made by six separate Dutch towns, one of those one was named after a village in the Netherlands called Breuckelen, after the English obtained control of the area in 1664 they anglicized the name in the one we all know todays. However, you will find many others spellings in the old maps & books.
DUTCH BROOKLYN
◼︎ Brooklyn's official motto, as you can see on the Borough flag, is Een Draght Mackt Maght. It is written in the old local Dutch and translates to "In Unity There is Strength". Let's see if this community can help me out finding a bicycle...
THE LOCAL COMUNITY
WEATHER FORECAST
◼︎ Good morning Brooklyn! The sun is back with us after a gloomy week, the air temperature is around 71 Fahrenheit degrees, humidity levels bouncing between 24% and 39% and the wind is blowing in my face at sixteen mph.
How is your day folks ?
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
BACK IN THE CITY
◼︎ Let's start exploring the streets of New York City for a bunch of months. How are you folks ? I'm great indeed today!
◼︎ This will be the view outside my bathroom window for a bunch of months. Now I have to set up an alarm every time I pee, otherwise I'll find myself staring outside the window for a ridiculous amount of time, seriously.
WHAT A VIEW
◼︎ This is the edge of Brooklyn bridge park and it's just one block away from my apartment, that means that this will be my new backyard for a while. Let's write a movie about it.
HOME VIBES
◼︎ Down under the Manhattan bridge overpass, normally known as Dumbo, you will find a mix of amazing views, one of New York City's premier art districts, several culinary hot spots, around 500 tech and creative firms within a ten block radius, sick apartments and a shitload of half-abandoned or terrible managed spaces. This place will change fast
ALWAYS CHANGING
◼︎ The Brooklyn heights promenade, a 557 meters long park with lots of benches, has been a focal point for all kind of thinkers, photographers, filmmakers, dreamers and mostly lovers since the 1950's. What's your inspiring bench folks ?
A FAMOUS BENCH
◼︎ Last time i was in Brooklyn I used to share my bed with a dog named Bella, every time we went out for a walk we ended up in this park playing with a horde of other dogs, neighborhood friends & hot moms. Looking forward to catch back with that little meatball one of this days!
THE DOGPARK
◼︎ Exploring the streets of Downtown Brooklyn looking for interesting faces. I love to take pictures of people, especially in their habitat, but in the last years I did not shoot many portraits at all. Thank you for inspiring me again people of New York City.
ALWAYS IN THE STREETS
◼︎ If you need to cross the East River you may have to chose between one of the thirteen underwater tunnels or one of the ten amazing bridges. Oh, there is also an aerial tramway.... Love this city.
WATER WAYS
◼︎ Rainy Street Photography session in Brooklyn before heading home for some editing. How are you today folks? Get ready for tomorrow, I have the feeling that it will be a very interesting day!
WET VIBES
◼︎ The sun is going down on New York City and the vibe is about to change. Enjoying the last minutes of this gorgeous sunset from my window before hitting the streets with my camera, again. See you around folks!
LOVELY VIEWS
◼︎ I was looking for a nice and free place to edit my movies while in New York City, especially somewhere with great wifi, but it seems like I will be able to use one of the best places on the entire world. I will share more as soonest things will actually happen. Stay tuned.
THE CITY OF OPPORTUNITY
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
◼︎ Even if it is supposed to be spring season the city is still rocking that Gotham look. Everything feels so fictional, rough, inspiring, grittier, dirty, intense & every street feels and taste like home. The funny part is that my real home is a warm, sunny, old place in the outskirts of Rome...
CHARACTER
FILMING IN BROOKLYN
◼︎ Another rainy Street Photography session in the streets of Brooklyn Downtown. How are you today New Yorkers? See you live on Beme.
DREAMSSWEET DREAMS
◼︎ Buonanotte New York City! See you tomorrow for more adventures and new articles on the blog. Wishing you lucid dreams.
RECHARGHE
◼︎ Another day is gone and it is now time to charge all my camera batteries, enjoy your Bemes, send some reactions, watch South Park and try to charge my batteries. See you tomorrow folks. Buona notte.
SAME VIEWS DIFFERENT VIBES
◼︎ Enjoying the sunset from my window before smashing my brain on some editing. Can't wait to lunch my new YouTube channel...
◼︎ Last commission of the day before heading back home for the last steps of creating a YouTube channel. How are you today folks? Looking forward to share more stuff with you.
RUSH HOUR
◼︎ Random Street Photography session at 1:00am in Brooklyn Downtown. I love walking around but my brain needs a bike so bad, let's work on that. How are you tonight folks ?
EXPLORINGTHE NIGHT
◼︎ I'm thinking about a solution, I'm thinking about a solution, I'm thinking about a solution, I'm thinking about a solution, I'm thinking about a solution, I'm thinking about a solution.
SOS SOS SOS
◼︎ Finally back at home after a long day of Street Photography in Brooklyn. Next week will be mostly about Manhattan tho. See you on the blog for the actual photograph folks!
BIKING ALLDAY
◼︎ Today I had to walk ten mile to do some stuff and I documented the all journey with my Panasonic LX3, then I had to walk the ten miles back and I wanted to document it again with my main camera but... I'm an idiot sometimes and I had low battery, no memory card and this amazing light. Fuck me.
MISTAKES
◼︎ Sadly my laptop doesn't allow me to edit anymore, it seems like it needs a reset and some hardware upgrade. That means YouTube uploads are postponed till i will fix the problem, god damn it... However, let's welcome my new bike. This time it can't be stolen tho, I'm sleeping with it. Literally.
BAD NEWS &
GOOD NEWS
EVERY DAY
◼︎ Enjoying the sunset before going back home after almost seven hours of Street Photography on a bike. Tired but happy. How are you tonight folks?
Biking around midtown looking for some interesting subjects and fascinating moments. How are you today folks? Don't forget to have fun, whatever fun means to you
